To read it, look for the lowest number which isn’t turning and which appears in dark text (ie isn’t flickering on alternate frames).

i love how this only works accurately on my phone because i only have fucked up refresh rates on my desktop (59.88 kinda works, 65.68 is a Mess, 83 is what happens if you overclock a monitor to the point where it barely works without crashing every few minutes, and you can guess how that works out and 165 makes the 144, 90 and 60 one readable lol)
