no. they already have that. specifically, for changing payout account, i have to verify my identity by entering the old bank account number, which i don't have anymore

no. my bank is paperless, and deletes all records of closed accounts from it's online services
so now I have to call someone, on a phone, tomorrow, during business hours. about a website.
