READ GLORY IN THE THUNDER, WORLD'S #1 SOURCE FOR TRAUMATIZED TEENS WITH TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY https://www.wattpad.com/story/343286820-glory-in-the-thunder

I did a music for the first time in a very long time and revised a song I did back in 2017 to fill it out a bit more. I also tried adding some reverb to the raw pico-8 output, but maybe it's too much (being half deaf due to The Noise makes it hard to tell)

this is essentially Serriden's Theme with Houri, Hayr and Ravelin rudely interjecting their motifs. The oldest motif in this goes back to 2009, it was one of the first pieces I ever wrote.

The beginning is Houri's refrain:

I will never bow before you
I will never name you my king
I will see you fall before me
Antaram belongs under my wing!

And then Serriden drops the bass with her This Is The Premise Of The Story In Case You Missed It Song:

When the stars of the sky
Looked to us from up on high
They each said to one another
Let us fall, let us fall
To the earth, to the sea
They fell brightly as could be
And they asked of one another
Is this all? Is this all?

In each one burned a flame
Each one also called a name
They each sought to find a bearer
Of their light, of their light
Some were weak, some were strong
Some did right and some did wrong
But each one partook of glory
From the night, from the night

When the stars of the night
Set ablaze their perfect light
They awoke in their flame
Power few of us could claim
If a star chooses you
Then you know what you shall do
Use it wise, use it just
As the Will commands you must!

(This song is in book 3. You know, that thing I finished the rough draft for literally a year ago and it's not available yet? The process to getting all of Glory in the Thunder rereleased as a web serial is still inching forward.)
