Google Blogoscoped!! That was a really fun little community. Philipp sent me a physical DVD box set of Get Lamp in 2005 for winning a random contest there. He was always doing wacky effortposts like this one, truly a god of the blog era. He also invented r/Place like ten years before Reddit did it (though likely he wasn't really first either).
