I had assumed (based on her interactions with Hayr in one of the chibi drawings) that Oseni was the villain, but she's not present in this one at all!
the character who I call "The Villain" is not very villainous at the beginning and only clearly becomes The Problem after several smaller problems have been taken care of. Oseni just likes shooting things and likes that she gets paid to shoot things. Sometimes she even shoots things for a morally defensible reason!
I'm still not quite certain which of them you're talking about, Mentally I had definitely put Somebody Else in the "villain" slot for this series.
