saw someone else's post about their school dreams and it made me remember that my recurring school dream pattern is it starts off nightmarish and then halfway through I remember "wait. I already have a high school diploma AND a university degree. You guys don't get to take those away from me no matter how much homework I forgot. fuck y'all"
I have a very poor relationship with my father but the most important, useful thing he ever told me is that once you have a degree, you have it forever, your house can be swept out to sea but you still have the credentials.
