The classic Friends at the Table little guy is of course, Marn Acouna from Sangfielle. I based the outfit on her FatT.wiki description (https://fatt.wiki/view/Marn_Ancura).

It’s made from Stuff I Have Had Forever: shirt (practice sleeves from someone else’s stash), suspenders (ribbon), belt (ribbon and scrap fabric), neckerchief (scrap), and hat (cardboard, card stock, twine, ribbon, and unholy amounts of glue). Very unfinished, due to my rusty sewing skills. I am pretty proud of the hat even if it never quite worked on the head.

Now as to the, uh, subject in this photo. It is with great shame that I admit that this was designed as a dog costume. And my dog did wear it, for about three minutes. He was confused and seemed fine once I took it off, but I felt genuinely sorry I used him like that.

I did have the presence of mind not to make him wear the hat, and tied it to the back of the harness the shirt was pinned onto. It think he was confused by the neckerchief pinned to his collar— he’s not a bandana guy.

I also still want to participate. So if you’ll still have me, please enjoy a beloved childhood toy modeling the garb instead. No pets will be exploited for clout.
