(Featuring a Goodrone cameo! We'll talk about them later.)
Welcome back to another lore dump for my Zorotek setting! Today we'll be talking about the Rank 5 Lucario Drone suit; an agile and adaptable fighter!
The Zorotek Lucario Designated Combat Drone Suit is the second of our primarily combat suits, and are often paired with the Braixen suits. While the Braixen drones are designed for backline combat, spell slinging, and charging magical equipment, the Lucario drones are designed for frontline combat, heavy lifting, and adaptability in a variety of situations.
Like the Braixen suits, the Lucario drones are designed for highly magical peoples and to enhance their abilities. While the Braixen suits focus on mana capacity and spellcasting efficiency, the Lucario suits are designed for enhancing one's physical capabilities alongside their magical capabilities.
To describe the suit's fighting style, it often ends up being something "Ninja-like", with a mix of agile martial arts--be it with a staff, blade, or other weapon--with quick-cast spells, both offensive and disruptive. A push-back, an enhanced parry, and poisonous clouds are some examples of the types of spells that could be used.
"But Lucarios are known for being honorable knights," you may be thinking. Well, they still are. Wearers of the Lucario suits are known to be protective, stoic, and sometimes pretty big battle junkies. However, to fight with one's full abilities and not put their all into it against a foe of equal measure, or a foe who would do all that they can to harm? Is that not honorable?
The Lucario suits also employ enchantments to improve sensing auras and magic, as well as the lack of them, too. Combined with the equipment that Braixen drones tend to carry, the Lucario drones make amazing scouts--as their scanning abilities can link up with the mapping tools that others may carry. This allows them to quickly map the surrounding area and provide key information for other members of their teams.
The suit holder Pokeballs for Lucario suits tend to be simple. The basic Pokeballs and their upgrades--and sometimes Quick Balls--are the usual for Lucario drones.
