This boy would have made people's heads explode if his game came out a decade ago. He even still has the same VA as the original Renamon from Tamers when in his natural form.
(apologies for the bad phone pics, I was playing on Switch at the time and sharing screenshots off of that console was a pain in the ass even before they dropped Twitter support.)
Worth also noting that theres a scene in Tamers where Renamon has a brief mention that Digmon don't necessarily have a biological gender by nature.
Yeah, I think about that scene all the time too, but that didn't stop Tamers Renamon from using She/Her pronouns, or at the very least she never objected to them.
Yeah, fair. Still a pretty neat tidbit to throw out there for Digimon in general, ditto for how Renamon is used here.
