Largely dependant on play partners and discussion with them. Personally I love to care for mine how I can, scene surrounding it or no, so if she hands me "I want [aftercare preferences] just on its own outside of a scene," I'd be very happy to oblige -🍀
Though we do very much understand this isn't typically the norm. I'm a hypnodom, we also have this experience often, but it's worth talking about with play partners because some very much will be into it -🐾
