I don't really have any plans to play D&D ever again, but I have a fun idea for a character. Y'all can steal it from me if you want.
A Warlock with a Player Patron. Namely, you. You, the player, are the patron. Think Deltarune and Kris, and you, the player, are the person controlling Kris, making them do what you want. But that's not what THEY, the CHARACTER want, you're just in control of them.
You'd prolly pretend to be something completely different, a character that kinda feels like a self insert, not even clearly a warlock. But when you step up from the table, go to the bathroom, the GM gives a few hints that things aren't as they seem as your character is suddenly VERY different personality wise.
