huh doesn't for me, tag field just acts like a normal text field as far as suggestions go. latest iOS, cohost installed to home screen
also this is basically just a Strong Bad email jingle huh rofl
yesterday the tag field made iOS suggest my contact name. today it’s email. not sure what is happening with the latest iOS beta.
(well actually they also released the beta… 3.1? there is an update to beta 3 that got seeded some hours ago)
ahhh, love the smell of fresh autocorrect bugs in the morning lol
since the new autocorrect is a transformer language model, do you think it can be prompt engineered?
first, it’s probably less of an autosuggest thing than just a webkit bug. shit happens, especially that the latest RSR broke user agents and had to be rolled back.
second, i doubt it can be “prompt engineered”, unless you’re looking to put significant work into trying to train the algorithm on some text you’re willing to retype a lot. i mean, i made autosuggest work with the word “soyjak”, i can even swipe-type it. and due to my frequent misclicks - it has also learned the word “fucjing”.
it could be a webkit bug, I agree. I just don't really trust Apple's autocorrect team lol, there's been some weird autocorrect bugs over the years, but I haven't gotten to use the new version much yet, only beta I'm running is on a Mac I haven't been on.
