At the office and, boy, it's another cold one today. Applied to a zine that is about dragons from [IP], which I want to do because some of these motherfuckers in here are from [IP], some of which are also dragons. So I was on my own filling out the application, which means I had no ideas for stories to write for it.
It also sucked cause the zine was very THIS IS SFW! ALL THE SAMPLES MUST BE SFW! which, yeah, I get, that's fair. But also idk why zines nowadays are like "the samples must also be 1-2k words and links to a thing online." It's very hard to write a full story in 1-2k words? Like if this was actual slush readers, they could figure out if someone's style was good/a good fit for the zine, but idk if zine mods have the skills to do that.
