okay this one's gonna get a bit nitpicky

the actual superheroes in the DC universe having and maintaining their own merchandise isn't that weird. it's not anything new either, i think it's an idea also brought up in one of the animated films (Death of Superman i think?) as a way by which they actually fund the Justice League.

what IS weird is that the Wonder Woman comic here clearly has the logo for WW's 75th anniversary, when in the canon OF the DCEU people have only known about Wonder Woman at this point for like... 5 years total?

y'know when they made Logan, the X-Men comics used in that were created specifically for the film to fit within the context of the world. it's not the biggest detail but like when you've positioned your movie as the SAVIOR of the DCEU and the one that's going to right the ship (and your budget is like two to three times bigger than Logan's) it feels like a weird detail to miss.
