so like it's kind wild that we've gotten, like, such an incredible spread of spider-man villains portrayed in live-action over a period of like twenty years or so, right? like that's really neat. with a few exceptions they've all honestly been bangers, too. like can you name any other singular superhero whose rogue's gallery has been so thoroughly represented? like we got:
- Green Goblin (twice!)
- Doctor Octopus
- Sandman
- Venom (also twice!)
- n... new goblin... does he count, actually? he's just harry osborne on a hoverboard, not really a classic--
- The Lizard
- Electro (shout out to Jamie Foxx getting to take another stab at him for a chance to, y'know, maybe not play him as a parasocial loser)
- Rhino (twice, once the Kraven movie drops!)
- Vulture
- Shocker (two of em!!)
- Tinkerer
- Prowler? Donald Glover cameos in Across the Spider-Verse wearing the outfit, does this count?
