I've been noticing these sorts of things before in their update Story posts you get in the actual app, stuff like legally-distinct Pepe frogs and a bunch of other /pol/ adjacent meme stickers. The official Telegram stickers you get if you pay for premium also have more than a few eyebrow raisers along the same lines, like very Wojak-type faces.

Oh hey bonus point: They taken a bunch of channel names hostage into that username selling platform (and the minimum rn ~300$) if your channel was not active for a while at the moment when they seeded it

I lost a funny channel name this way :c But others lost gateway channels and such, the stuff that just does not require any sort of updates much/at all.
And there was 0 warning for any of it! They just... poof, gone, pay up
