this post made by my dad and his love of wacky kitchen implements (does mean some very nice bread from the breadmaker, though)
Understandable but counterpoint I've got weak little noodle arms and a blender does not rely on my upper body strength

Can't you use a rice cooker also to make those super-fluffy pancakes?
Also probably usable for other grains that are cooked in a similar way to rice
