Can you truly enjoy a video game if it's localization is incomprehensible to most?
Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions and Myself say yes.
Final Fantasy Tactics is a game I adore a lot, easily in my top 100 list and I willingly grinded out most of my team to Level 99 and mastered enough jobs on Ramza to make him a level 8 Onion Knight. Don't do this by the way, the only tangible benefit is that you fly though the final fights in the game with zero resistance. I did this mostly because I actually never got the opportunity to get the Onion equipment on my first time playing the War of the Lions PSP port due to lack of friends with PSPs and the game, but a hack I was using to play this time around allowed you to get the equipment from the optional secret dungeon so I said screw it let's lock and roll. Said hack also made Job Point gains increased so it was only five hours worth of grinding to get Ramza the required amount of Jobs mastered to have Onion Knight be the max level of 8.
