Chaos Advent basically my favorite type of boss. Dude that will hold you down and not let go until you take a deep breath and make an effort to learn the mechanics of the game, and his set of moves.

I had been walking into this so far as an unga bunga brawler - which TBF is not untrue for most of the mobs - but a good boss battle was enough to make me rethink Cancelling, Parrying and taking my time instead of punching wildly.

okay, I had seen the JO crystal scene before from Stranger of Paradise but I had no idea it was literally the first scene you see of the actual story.

Also they just straight up skip the 'prologue first dungeon' of the game and get back from that quest, this is dope

LMAAAO I had no idea this game was Nioh Fantasy, okay, I never finished 2 despite enjoying it quite a bit, so let's see how this goes

I've been feeling 0 joy lately when playing games from franchises or genres that I love, but have been deeply engaged by the free, creepy side-scroller game. Thank you, brain. Love you.

of course it was going to be the first game that I finish in ages. Sigh.
