I got the opportunity to talk to Jordan Weisman, who had a hand in the creation of FASA, Battletech, and Shadowrun. Before going into the interview, I made a point to warn the PR guy that I was going to ask potentially uncomfortable questions about generative AI. Weisman did a pretty decent job of explaining his stance on it, but I feel like it comes from a sort of optimism for humanity that I just don't share.
