I've seen folks talk about IBS/FODmap diet stuff and I wanted to ask here. If anyone has gone thru this, I'd appreciate some advice
I'm doing FODmap diet for digestion and I am so tired and low energy all the time, how did you get around this?
I'm in the elimination phase but I'm going to be testing new fod triggers soon
So far it's smaller meals more often thru the day, some sweet tea lemonade and trying to soak up the sun every day it's available. It's been helping but I'm definitely not all there yet
