I think she phrased it as "horny" for a joke but I think you can replace that with "passionate" and it would convey the same intent. (I know your feeling since I'm also asexual/demisexual, lol)

I like the implication that being horny motivates good creative decisions. much better than whatever the replaced word was (accountable iirc?)
A computer can never be held accountable / therefore a computer must never make a management decision
i feel like i definitely saw an article about this like a year ago, with people having very interesting takes on why this is definitely not ace erasure, and they said it was because they were horny for their special interests or garlic bread or something
