Much like Hyper Demon, this video is a followup to my writing on "Devil Daggers", a game about skillful play of minimalist mechanics against overwhelming odds. Unlike "Devil Daggers", "Hyper Demon" aims for different goals, and what I find to be thematically compelling about the game is how exhilerating it is. Enlighten me as I talk about how exaclty the artistic intent of Hyper Demon is Exhileration.
