look man i've tried so hard to use Vigil and i just can't justify him. 7 DP every 24 seconds might as well be an insult
Honestly you're not wrong, he's been cursed with mid.
As much as I like him as a cheap one-operator way to do three jobs at once (hold an early lane, mild anti-air support, and mediocre DP gain), I fully well know even module power creep ain't saving him from being outclassed.
I've normally found asymmetrical pant designs to be troubled at best but damn it really works with the tattoos on the exposed leg.
