it's true and I don't deny it. Hell, I'd be the first person to point it out if anyone ever listened to me when I wasn't in crisis. But just because I have two anxiety disorders and CPTSD doesn't mean that I worry too much about everything. There are a great many things which I demonstrably worry about exactly as much as I, or anyone else, should. It's those things that cause me the trauma. Because in my experience, those are the things nobody else takes seriously.

Without the power to affect outcomes, make changes, or even draw people's attention to the issues and convince them of the solutions, I'm just crazy Allison who worries too much. And then I am destroyed by the things I tried to warn everyone about, while they stand around scratching their heads, only now considering what they ought to do about them.
