on the internet, I got argued at by a grown man who insisted that Punk was a concise philosophically grounded artistic movement, and I kept telling him 'nah, it's just a collection subcultures sharing an artistic sense of disaffection which has grown around the ideals of philosophically grounded social movements, but lacks the cohesive structure and clarity of purpose necessary to be itself a singular social movement,' and he kept getting soooo mad, and I was secretly 15 and I was just making shit up, lol.
