This is my 3rd week of working out with the 20lb dumbbell (all I got) doing different exercises for different muscles 3 days a week. I guess muscle memory kicked in and I feel pretty strong. I mean not super strong, but I find it easier to carry things. A friend and I recently started doing daily pushups as well (I have to do the kind where you bend the knees but lift and cross the legs).
I need to clean the area around my exercise bike so I can work out my legs. But I'm feeling pretty positive.
