These was a bad thunderstorm last night, so i turned my pc off and unplugged it to be safe. After the storm, i plugged it back in, but now it won’t turn on. There’s a light coming from the ethernet port, and some lights on the motherboard, but the power switch does not do anything. I tried replacing the power cord but no luck.
I’m not sure what to do, or what could be wrong. I’m waiting for the sun to come up so I can get a better look at the inside of the pc.
I notice when i plug it in and turn it on, i can feel air coming from the bottom and center back. But other than that, the pc isn’t turning on.
What in the world? That settles it, I'm never turning off or unplugging my computer again.
Seriously though, I hope you can get it figured out. Tech is so frustrating sometimes x_x
The Power Supply has probably came loose. Happened every time I moved my computer or unplugged it. Always caused me to have a small heart attack but thankfully was an easy fix.
I’m not sure i understand. The power supply does not seem loose. I have a friend possibly coming out to take a look at it. I’m very limited in what i myself can do unfortunately.
