Had a heart echo done today. Will get results soon. I have a holter monitor as well. a few leads stuck to my chest and a small device in my pocket. Most fun I'll ever have :p

I'm not in the best shape and I should probably think of doing something too. I tried running this morning as I was late and I could only do about 100m. 😅
Then I powerwalked to the metro wheezing like ... a thing that wheezes feeling like my legs could give in at every bump and I felt bad for most of the morning. On the other hand I could only eat a chocolate wafer thingie for breakfast so I'm hoping it's from that too.
Anyway, yeah, I hope it will be alright for you.
