My album "Madness" was released in June of 2019. It contains 10 tracks, each one dealing with an aspect of the darker side of my mind. I figure this is a good time to talk about this album a little bit.

So, instead of telling you what I "think" is the diagnosis (I won't know until Monday afternoon), and I'd love to be proven wrong, I'm going to give you the pieces of information I have based on blood work, and an ultrasound.
Other factors include Sleep Apnea, and Type 2 Diabetes, and morbid obesity. Although I'm almost at a year of using the CPAP machine, and I'm taking medications for my Diabetes. As I mentioned, I have a doctor appointment with a hematologist (oncologist, but I had considered that a secondary specialty).
I'll let you know as soon as I know if they have a diagnosis. Putting together the pieces the way they are now leaves me in a bad position.
I'm here to discuss my first album "Walking in Circles" again. This time I want to talk about what's so special about it. It's special because it shows my flexibility as a composer, as well as some feelings I have. Each song (of the first 9 mostly) reflects a type of music I enjoy.
I'm happy to report that so far, there have been no noticeable side effects from the Ozempic injection (I take it once a week). I think it has been 3+ days. I notice that my appetite is almost nonexistent. I also don't crave fast food like I used to. So I've been eating smaller portions and feeling better overall.
I think the problem I have now is that I really enjoy eating food. So I miss just eating for no reason (I can't do it now because I feel full after I eat something small). I have not been stressed yet, so I don't know if this medication will control my stress eating. I just don't want to eat as much, if at all.
As far as my blood sugar goes, it's hard to tell if it is helping or not. I think it helps by making me eat less, but I don't know for sure. Last I checked, my blood sugar was 218 almost 2 hours ago. That's still way too high (it's supposed to be under 120). At least it isn't 300+.
I have also been checking my blood pressure every day (since my doctor noticed my "lower number" is a bit high. My blood pressure has been mostly behaving, but I have trouble getting my heart rate down to under 100bpm (I think I mentioned this in the previous health post). The last 2 or 3 days, I have been around 90bpm, and most recently I think it was 83bpm.
So I find myself bored other than writing music and playing games. I used to fill in the boring times with food, but that hasn't been happening. Overall, I'm happy with the medication.
