Jolteon that is embarrassed about needing a diaper and never tells anyone that they need a change. Not that they'd need to of course, since every time they wet all the lights in the building start to flicker, letting absolutely everyone know they are peeing their pamps
The vaporeon isn't fairing much better, since all it takes is for them to wet once to max out the highest volume diaper they can access. Just going from 0 to massively swollen in 30 seconds. They can barely walk at all after that! Just kinda struggle-waddle around
