I've had a few honestly. It's a bit weird when they come up but I generally just deal with them as horny thoughts. Sometimes I'll make stickies to dark things, sometimes I'll just move on with my day because I can ignore 'em. They can be fun cause of the naughty feeling.

Imagine being fully used, stained from back to front, your absorbency reaching the absolute limit. And then all of your pack is used. All ten of your diaper-selves are now balled up and full to the point of having zero dryness left.
And then you just get put into the diaper pail and the lid is shut....
