I don't know what to do. I need to leave in 20 minutes and I haven't eaten or showered and I'm just so tired.

Yeah, I had to just call in sick again. I slept for another 8 hours straight and only just woke up because I got a phone call.

I dealt with that at my last job, but in this case I think it's more physical. I've been having trouble with my energy levels for some time, and so my doctor put me through a battery of tests. We found out my testosterone is really low. I'm trying to get treatment started but everything moves so slowly in the medical system.
Ahh. I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah it sucks how many hoops you have to jump in the healthcare system and how they generally let you down. I hope things get better for you though.
