In modern day they'd just do home delivery though. And fast food delivery technically could come with the benefit of consenting blood donor xD
I could see it more of an issue in older time periods, as while open air markets are free to enter, they'd also be closing up around sunset, leading to a rush of finding the quickest things needed for that particular night. π€
