we are currently aware of a bug that prevents editing content warnings when editing a post which already has one or more content warnings on it. we should have the fix out tomorrow.

fwiw, the core of the fix is already written -- but it also causes another very annoying bug, and that's why we're gonna sleep on it and try and figure out how to end up with neither of those bugs in the morning.

question: would it be possible to put a thing into the CW box on a post to add those specific warnings to your whitelist/blacklist then and there without having to go to the settings page?
