Subby dragons getting their full, heavy diapers changed by all of their kobolds, who give them lots and lots of praise for filling them extra full
Dominant dragons sitting their mushy diapers down on their adoring kobolds, letting out a sigh as they fill it further, hearing muffled moans underneath their padding
Hmmmmm. Both are such a good mood.
What is supposed to be the pinnacle of intelligence and power and maturity among mortal species, getting teased by kobolds as they sit in a mucky diaper.
And
THE pinnacle of power and intelligence, CHOOSING to garb himself in such an infantile garment, even filling it without any coercing and even appearing to ENJOY the feeling of mushy poopies on his butt.
