You can do it Lynn!!! You can always ask them for a colorful bandaid so everyone knows how tough you are after!
there's no rule saying you can't swap out for a kiddie bandaid after!
Don't be scaaaaared! Well, you already know you don't have to be now. Shots are way, way less awful than they were when we were kids. The needles are thinner and you're larger. Shots don't even hurt that much as an adult; you barely notice it.
Now blood draws, that's another story. Painful and also icky feeling. YOU KNOW THE NEEDLE IS STILL IN THERE. You can feel it. It's unsettling.
