God! This this this! I can't stand humor + porn. It's an instant turn off. Also, while things don't have to be 100% serious in the bed room, if you start telling jokes while going down....nope, no sexy time for you tonight!
there's a lot of nuance happening that frankly I haven't examined well enough to explain coherently, but sometimes humor is fine as long as it supports the lewdness of the image instead of overriding/undermining it. Gloria's recent "I refuse to be contained by mere pants" is a good example of the kind of stuff I'm fine with. This question in particular though asked about Shitposting Porn, which is the kind of thing I broadly dislike since it's mostly just about shock value
Ohhhh oh oh, I see what you mean. So when it's integrated into the actual picture as context for the lewds, it works- but when the joke is the only thing and the porn is just an afterthought, it feels like conflicting elements fighting for space.
