I celebrate it on 27/1 with the rest of the world that use Day/Month/Year notation.

This was the order they came up in, if it were just alphabetical "#homestar runner" would be before "#homestuck"
This also checks out if I search my name and look for my own tags, "Clara does things that are not drawing" is followed by "#Clara Oswald" (some character I forget, maybe from Doctor Who?), but then "#Clara if she real" is all the way at the bottom after even "#gender euphoria is stored in the Clara", which lines up with how often I use the tags
