No idea if it still turns on since it's not charged, but it worked when I tested it a few years ago (unlike my original DS, which is thoroughly busted)
(When my older brother and I got GBA SPs he got the metallic blue Kyogre one but I only got the unadorned metallic red one, so I got jealous and my dad offered to paint a Pokémon of my choosing on the lid, and I of course chose best girl Latias)
for some it's specifically an AGS-101, for some any SP will do. some want it for parts to mod into their wide AGB-001, some want it to test their game jam projects, some want it to play ROM hacks, some want it as a controller to play Four Sword Adventures, some want it to watch extremely bitcrushed GBA Video anime episodes... but one thing remains constant: all trans people, whether they have one already or not, want one, and want it bad
