Aqueous [Lv. D Sluggish Edgegirl]

I feel like the Aile emote could be better, but I wanted it to be her instead of, say, Mega Man because I admittedly don't actually enjoy playing the Classic MM games that much and thus probably won't stream them. But since I'm not super happy with how Aile turned out, and I still want a "hydrate" emote of some sort, I thought a subtank might be a fun way to represent that! And so I learned how to do frame delays in GIMP and now it refills slower than it empties, just like my actual experience with playing Mega Man Zero (i.e. being bad at it)
