As the bearer of a pair of large eyebrows I've always enjoyed Wily's silly little eyebrow wiggling animation, but on top of that I'm a huge fan of how expressive Hitoshi Ariga's take on Wily is (though I don't think I really captured that here; I originally wanted to do a "Wily pointing and pogging" emote, but I was having trouble squeezing that into a 28px canvas and instead just opted for the eyebrows instead), so I thought it only fitting for me to make a Megamix Wily eyebrow wiggle emote
