If I ever win the lottery or fall into a huge sum of money, the first thing I'll do (after making sure my friends, family, and all the streamers and indie devs I love get taken care of) is fund a full symphony recording of this soundtrack. It's as playful and as brass-heavy as Ishikawa's Kirby scores, but of course you're not getting any of that in this relatively simplistic ending theme. I've just always loved the progression of it, and the harmonies that come in at 1:30. They'd have to let me play the electric bass for this track if I'm funding it, right?
