I got a second strategy guide for 1997's (inhales) Zero4 Champ Doozy-J in the mail (it was cheap and I was buying stuff from surugaya) and this one is certified from the good old days of strategy guides, including secret cheat codes, full ending and route information, images that look like someone took a picture of a screen, and the character bio in the above tweet, which, after one playthrough of the game and a partial disassembly of the game a year ago, I am unable to instantaneously verify in any meaningful way
("just completely making things the hell up" is also a good old days strategy guide moment. anyone else obsessively check out this specific unlicensed yoshi's island strategy guide from the public library?)
