bc I just found out right when I'm getting ready to upload a soundtrack that my distributor caps the amount of tracks they put on an album, and my next release has, a Lot of them. I've sent an email to their support but I'm not optimistic about their response
I've been meaning to move off and away them for ages but I've been struggling to shop about for alternative distributors to move my OSTs to, like. Soundrop I remember being recommended for a while but did I hear right that their customer service isn't great amongst other things? hence I delayed the move-off but unless my distributor's response turns things around (temp. ofc until i find somewhere else), i'm in a bit of trouble
so yeah, if there's another distributing place that's cool with 40+ tracks on an album and cool with less than 15 minutes tracks then I would be really happy to hear reminders and recs from y'all if possible
i've done a bit of scrounging and the closest thing I could find so far after doing different comparisons was Ditto Music, which looks like they don't have limitations on track amounts/durations according to its FAQ. has anyone I know had any experience with them, are they good / bad folk?
