We’re sick of the way retro gaming has been repackaged for the affluent, pushing out everyone else. You used to buy old games because they were cheap! But playing many of the best games the “legal” way now costs more than the staggering prices you face for PS5 and Xbox Series games. We’ve well and truly soured on these “boutique” systems.

FPGA is fucking overrated and I can’t imagine it being significantly better than just firing up an emulator on a PC

it's just an emulator on a different hardware platform, analogue has good developers but they obvs learn from existing open source emulators. If you work low-level enough you can totally do the same thing in software
Mister is at least an open platform
