You put a fluorine-containing salt on your teeth at least daily
(I will not entertain any comments about "reactivity" or "dose quantity" as chemistry is clearly just what happens when otherwise perfectly fine matter gets up to mischief)
I feel like even toothpaste might get spicy if you heated it to 700C while blasting it with neutrons
the gum disease known as gingivitis doesn't stand a chance
Look if we can build the hoover dam I'm sure we can contain a little bit of high temperature radioactive salt, these are probably basically definitely just isomorphic engineering challenges, yeah?
