I'm in this predicament where like I need to stay up late to get my sleep schedule aligned for my next job but 1) I love going to bed early and 2) no matter how late I stay up I wake up when the sun rises at the latest so I'm legit just setting myself up to have like 4 hours of sleep every night for the rest of my life and 3) I don't like being awake when there's no sun. I'm the only person alive who likes to go to bed at 8 and wake up at 5 and the only thing that works w my schedule is NIGHT SHIFT? This really is my own personal hell
