this is gorgeous, and I (sheltered) hadn't heard of protactile before, which seems like an incredible language
yeah, same! i had no idea before.
what really resonated with me is this obsession with objective descriptions and details. the 9/11 and covid parts made me sob, honestly. there's just so much in this post.
this still ranks up there among the top 10 things i've ever read. i think about it constantly
btw i forced my entire family to read this as well. it was clearly very impactful to them as well
there were so many strange typos in my comment, really shows that i left it seconds after waking up
