I hate lightboxes. My favourite env art portfolio I ever saw was a literal ftp directory where I could just middle click a bunch of links to jpgs
lol yeah. Unfortunately they make a pretty big quality-of-life difference on mobile. I did at least use one that preserves middle-click, so opening the images in tabs still works correctly
